Upstream changed some admin routes, conflict was because of an added :show
action for statuses on our side. Kept it.

disable, silence, suspend) as well as whether it should generate an
e-mail notification with optional custom text. That notification,

ScopedSettings was extended to use value of unscoped setting instead of
