Conflicts:

Conflict due to glitch-soc having to take care of local-only
pinned toots in that controller.
Took upstream's changes and restored the local-only special
handling.

changes, adapted the following two files for glitch-soc's
theming system:

database backups, it might be possible for local attachments to be lost.
This commit allows the BackupService to continue its work even if some media
file is missing.

- Use #bytesize instead of #size to calculate file size for JSON
