Merge branch 'master' into glitch-soc/merge-upstream

Conflicts:
- `app/models/form/admin_settings.rb`:
  New setting added upstream. Ported it.
- `app/views/statuses/_simple_status.html.haml`:
  Upstream removed RTL classes. Did the same.
- `config/settings.yml`:
