Merge branch 'master' into glitch-soc/master
Conflicts: - `README.md`: We have different README files. Discarded upstream changes. - `app/views/layouts/admin.html.haml`: Conflict due to glitch-soc theming system. Adapted upstream changes. - `app/views/layouts/embedded.html.haml`: Conflict due to glitch-soc theming system.
