Merge branch 'main' into glitch-soc/merge-upstream
Conflicts:
- `Gemfile.lock`:
  Not a real conflict, upstream-updated dependency (redis) textually too
  close to glitch-soc-only dependecy.
  Updated redis gem like upstream did.
